About this item: This is an 18"x18" square ceramic tile. The process used to complete this project was as follows:
1) first we applied a masking tape to the entire tile
2) next we lasered the elk graphic to erase the masking tape from the tile
3) we then sand blast the image untill we reach the desired depth
4) and last we spray paint the lasered - sandblasted image with an appropriate color, let dry and remove the remaining masking tape..
Thats the basics in a nut shell! The image needs to sent to us as a jpg, gif or tif;and coverted to black and white. We also have a selection of our own graphics if you don't have one of your own. Prices are based on the lasered square inch and or the time required for the entire process. Estimate about $1.50 a lasered sq inch on your material, with a $25 set up fee.
